On to Rexburg

I drove down to Rexburg with he kiddos and visited my brothers and their families. 

Some highlights:

Sneaking into Ira's Old Testament class on the BYU-Idaho campus with my niece M'Lynn who actually is a student in his class along with my nephew Porter (bottom right picture).



I got to actually see Porter since he came home from his mission and meet his girlfriend (who is now is fiance) Shaneece!

Ira and Teralyn set up a waterslide in their back yard and the kids had a blast jumping on the trampoline.

Seeing my other daughter M'Lynn, she is a working woman at Taco Time!
 The kids had so much fun playing with their cousins, Grace came to visit everyday and played anything they wanted her too! M'Lynn had her wisdom teeth taken out when we were there, and she even had energy between barfing from the pain meds to play!




 My finger got in the way of this picture put look at Madelyn's face, she was laughing hard, this is a typical sight when playing with uncle Ira.


 We had a family dinner/movie/smores night all together


 We watched Monsters University through a projector


 We went to Mesa Falls, that is one of my favorite Idaho spots, it is so gorgeous there!  I love my family!!

Dare Essay winner

 (Early Spring 2022)  Ian was selected to read his essay at his DARE graduation! They called the top three essays for each class and Ian’s was picked to read for Mr Thompson’s class. They had to read their essay on the spot in front of the whole 5th grade and their parents! He was just getting over a sickness so his voice was a bit crackly but he did great! He got a big trophy too! I had a cough drop and bottled water in my purse in case he needed it, but he didn’t. Mr. Thompson pulled me aside and jokingly said that he has highly considering holding Ian back so he could be in his class again, he just thinks he is the coolest kid.  Ian has also loved Academic Team this year! Grandpa & Grandma Young Visit

Grandma & Grandpa Young drove all the way from Idaho to visit us!  It took them 2 1/2 days because they stopped at Mt. Rushmore, but they got here around 1:00 pm and we were all so excited and when Rylan got off the bus, they were there waiting for him! With G & G Young comes the I-pad which is a good way for Grandmas and Grandpas to get to actually hold their grandkids all they want.   Ian learned quite a bit from the I-pad just from their time here.   Ian has learned to say, "cheese" whenever someone points a camera at him  I am sorry to say that we didn't do that much, and when I asked them what they wanted to do they said that just wanted to watch me be a mom and play with the kids. Rylan and the Beginning of Mission Prep

(Early Spring 2022) Rylan was able to have one last percussion season.
