Who do I look like?

Using the picture below (from my last post)of Madelyn who do you think she looks like? The first photo is of me on my blessing day and the second is of sweet Scott as a baby. I tried to make a poll but my elements page is not working does anyone else have that problem on their blog?

totally you Leah, but it's funny cause she loks so much like rylan who looks so much like Scott. My world has just been rocked, cause I always thought they looked like Scott but obvisouly not.

SHe has your coloring,you can't deny that... BUT she looks so much like a Hoogland!
(strange... she looks like me when I was that little..... hum... !) Get mom to e-mail you a photo of me as a baby :o) haha. I see a lot of Scott in Maggie, especially around her eyes/nose area.

um...I think she got your hair. I see more you than scott, but like Breezi said she does have something about her that is undeniably Hoogland. I'd like to see that pic of Breezi as a baby!

Okay first--I never realized how much "scooter" looked like a keebler elf--a cute one--but very elfy--
So the baby --she has your eyes and mouth and hair
I agree with Breezi--nose and eyes definalty Hoogland.

that's a tough one. in the first blessing picture she looks like you. but in prior posts i think she looks more like scott. aren't kids strange how they take on both parents sometimes? people always say my kids look like scott but then when we go back to Indiana they say they look like me. i don't know!!!!

Dare Essay winner

 (Early Spring 2022)  Ian was selected to read his essay at his DARE graduation! They called the top three essays for each class and Ian’s was picked to read for Mr Thompson’s class. They had to read their essay on the spot in front of the whole 5th grade and their parents! He was just getting over a sickness so his voice was a bit crackly but he did great! He got a big trophy too! I had a cough drop and bottled water in my purse in case he needed it, but he didn’t. Grandpa & Grandma Young Visit

Grandma & Grandpa Young drove all the way from Idaho to visit us!  It took them 2 1/2 days because they stopped at Mt. Rushmore, but they got here around 1:00 pm and we were all so excited and when Rylan got off the bus, they were there waiting for him! With G & G Young comes the I-pad which is a good way for Grandmas and Grandpas to get to actually hold their grandkids all they want.   Ian learned quite a bit from the I-pad just from their time here.   Ian has learned to say, "cheese" whenever someone points a camera at him  I am sorry to say that we didn't do that much, and when I asked them what they wanted to do they said that just wanted to watch me be a mom and play with the kids. They even babysat while Scott and I went to a dance, and when Scott was out of town I went to play with friends one Friday.  I felt guilty leaving but they insisted on letting me have a night out away from kids.  We did hav...

Rylan and the Beginning of Mission Prep
