Christmas 2014
On Christmas Eve we anxiously watched Santa through Google circle the world, Madelyn kept us updated with where he was at all times. It was funny to hear her try and read the names especially when he was in Africa
We also had cheesy potatoes, green beans, fruit salad, and sparkling cider.
Ian (the pickiest eater on the planet) refused dinner and decided to wait for us to finish on the couch. He fell asleep in about 5 minutes and missed the rest of the Christmas Eve festivities.
New jammies
Rylan helped Madelyn put together her new Lego set
Since Ian went to sleep so early the night before he was up at 6:00 the next morning. Luckily Rylan knows the Christmas morning drill and kept him in their room and kept him entertained until at least 7:00.
My cuties ready to go see what Santa had brought them!
Being the youngest, Ian got to go down first, he is really into ninja turtles right now
Next came Madelyn, she got a horse for her AG doll Rebecca
Next came Rylan, who got some games, books, and a reading light
This Kinetic sand was a hit!
Scott got a holster for one of his guns...because he might you know need to walk around with it hooked on to him, probably not when we are living in Illinois!
Oma made pillowcase for the kids! There was money tucked inside too!
Rylan has been dying to play chess, he got this book and a magnetic portable chess set. He still has to learn how to beat his dad though....
Madelyn working hard on her hand sewing skills
so...she can be like her mama who received a super cute quilt pattern and fabric from Scott. Wait a second was this a gift for her or really for him?!!? Either way I really enjoyed putting it together.
